Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: This problem occurs when the TEMP or TMP System Environment Variable point to a directory that does not have sufficient NTFS rights for writing. Temporary files that CPshost.dll tries to create fail to be written. RESOLUTION: To view the Environment Variable settings, click the Environment tab in System Properties, and then check System Variables. If there are no TEMP or TMP variables present under System Variables, add them to match the variables under User Variables. Make sure that the users who are uploading files have at least Change permission on the directory described in the "Cause" section. |
