Event Information | According to Altiris: Cause: This is a bug with Policy.cfg file which is larger than 100 KB. This may have happened if the administrator adds a long list of custom exclusions for Recovery Solution Agent snapshot settings.This problem is resolved in Recovery Solution 6.2 SP1.Resolution: Obtain the valid Policy.cfg file (less than 100 KB). The default .cfg file is located in the default Recovery Solution Agent package in Data1.cab. 1. Change the default Recovery Solution agent settings policy in the Altiris Console and undo changes. 2. Stop the Recovery Solution Agent service. 3. Replace Policy.cfg file 4. Start the service. |
