DescriptionNetwork Information Service is exiting: Thread creation failure
Event InformationAccording to Microsoft :
CAUSE:

Network Information Service (NIS) is closing due to a thread creation failure. Client requests will fail.
Event 8229: Server for NIS experienced a PushThread creation failure.

RESOLUTION:
You can diagnose this error only by determining that the NIS server to which the push failed does not reflect NIS map changes since the last push operation. This can occur if the Windows Server operating system has insufficient virtual memory, or server performance or hardware is degraded.Close idle applications to free as much virtual memory as possible, and try restarting Server for NIS.
