Description | An operation on server <server name> returned [0x<error code>] <error message>. <connection agreement name> hasstopped. |
Event Information | According to Microsoft: EXPLANATION: This is a fairly rare event that indicates that the Active Directory Connector (ADC) encountered a problem when performing some operation on the target server, which could be an Exchange 5.5 server or an Exchange 2000 Server (perhaps the SRS Server). This problem can occur if the Routing Information Daemon (RID) server on the legacy GWART remains pointing to a deleted server object after the last Exchange 2000 server is removed from a pure administrative group. This issue may occur if Exchange 2000 cannot replicate Exchange Server directory objects to the Site Replication Service (SRS). This might be the case if Praetor, an e-mail content security software program, is installed on the Exchange Server. USER ACTION: 1. Apply the latest service pack for Exchange 2000. 2. Delete the Praetor Connector Object from the Connections container in 5.5. 3. Restart the service. Check for sufficient disk space and memory. Examine the associated events for more information. |
