| Event Information | According to Microsoft: EXPLANATION: This is a very rare event that indicates that the Active Directory Connector (ADC) could not open a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) session to the server (which would be a Windows Domain Controller) specified in the Description section of the event. The Service Account used to start the ADC may not have permissions to read information from the Configuration Container in Active Directory. USER ACTION: Make sure the ADC service account has permissions to read its configuration information from Active Directory. |
