| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: The data format is incorrect. The Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine might not be running. To check this, click Start, point to Programs, point to MSDE, and then click Service Manager. There might also be an indicator in the taskbar tray. The SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine settings for the log agent are either missing or wrong. RESOLUTION: 1. Restart the computer. 2. Use the Support Online link in the Events view. |
