Description | Errors occurred during the Migration Process. A recovery file has been created called D:\TEMP\00000000.PRI. |
Event Information | When the Microsoft Exchange Migration Wizard stops responding and does not function because of an incorrect Mapi32.dll, the following event ID message will be logged in the Application event log. [Following Events ID-7026,10000 also will be logged. According to Microsoft: CAUSE 1: This issue can occur if the migrated user exists on the Exchange Server computer as a user or custom recipient. Confirm that the administrator has manually created a user in Exchange Server with the same name as the migrated user. RESOLUTION: If the users were created manually on Exchange Server, delete one of the mailboxes that was created manually and the Microsoft Windows NT account associated with it. If this procedure does not solve the problem, perform one of the procedures that is described in the "Workaround" section of the Article Q294351. CAUSE 2: The cc:Mail user account custom recipient object exists in the Exchange Server directory. This error normally occurs if the cc:Mail post office has been participating in directory synchronization with Exchange Server. RESOLUTION: Ensure that the cc:Mail user account that is being migrated is not in the Exchange Server directory. Also verify that the custom recipient account is not hidden. CAUSE 3: The new cc:Mail source extractor now migrates Personal Mailing Lists as well. However, this new addition causes a regression bug with Bulletin Board migrations, particularly during a one-step migration. WORKAROUND: There are a few workarounds: 1. Select the two-step migration rather than the one-step option. 2. Do not select the migration of both Bulletin Board messages and Personal Mailing Lists during the one-step migration. 3. Obtain the latest fixed version of the migration wizard. |
