| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: Migration Wizard may hang while migrating Collabra Share forums with Word attachments. If it doesnt hang, the attachment causes an error on import, and is not migrated. Collabra treats Word attachments as regular attachments, but uses a feature of the file format that is associated with OLE presentation data. This data occurs where other attachment data is expected. RESOLUTION: To resolve this problem, follow these steps: 1. Make sure that the latest Exchange 2000 service pack is installed on the Exchange 2000 Server-based computer. 2. Click Start, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Active Directory Users and Computers. 3. Click View, and then click Advanced. 4. Right-click the problem user account(s) that you created by using the ADC, and then click Exchange Tasks. 5. On the Exchange Task Wizard welcome screen, click Next. 6. Click Remove Exchange Attributes, click Next, read the warning, click Next, and then click Finish. |
