| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: This problem may occur if the directory name for the Exchange Server 5.5 organization name contains a comma (,), for example, "Fabrikam, Inc." RESOLUTION : To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. User Action : Verify that the directory name of the Exchange 5.5 organization name does not have invalid characters such as commas. Also verify that the server name, port number, account name, and password are correct. CAUSE 2: This problem may occur if the directory name for the Exchange Server 5.5 organization name contains a comma (,), for example, "Fabrikam, Inc."
