To resolve this issue, complete the following steps:
1. Click Start, go to Settings and choose Control Panel.
2. Double-click Network and choose the Services tab.
3. Choose the DHCP Relay Agent service and press the Remove button.
4. Once the DHCP Relay Agent has been removed, press the Add button.
5. Choose the DHCP Relay Agent service and press the OK button.
6. Follow the steps for installing the service.
When the component has been added, choose Close. The computer will go through its rebinding and you will be prompted to enter the DHCP Relay Agent configuration and then asked to restart. Allow the computer to restart.
