| Event Information | This error message indicates that, on system startup vxconfigd failed to import the disk group associated with the named disk. In most cases the reason for this may be excessive number of disk failures, by which volume manager cannot find the correct copies of the disk group configuration database and kernel update log. You can resolve this problem by recreating the disk group and restore the contents from backup and also you may have to monitor the disk failures if it is excessive.
