Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: This problem may occur when you log on to a BizTalk Server-based server by using an anonymous user account and then you run a query in the HAT tool. In this scenario, the HAT tool uses Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) to access the BizTalk Management Database (BizTalkMgmtDB) by using the anonymous user account permissions that were used to log on to the local computer. If the user account does not have permissions to access the BizTalkMgmtDB database, you receive the error message that is mentioned in the "Symptoms" section. RESOLUTION: To resolve this problem, use one of the following methods: 1. Log on by using an account with the appropriate permissions to the BizTalkMgmtDB database. Then, run the query in the HAT tool. 2. Install BizTalk Server 2004 on a computer that has either Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 1 or a later version installed. |
