| Event Information | EMC identified a bug in the Software Development Kit (SDK) version 2.3, which will return the error code you are receiving if there are any invalid characters in the metadata. The security restrictions of that SDK version did not allow for any error. The VERITAS Enterprise Vault (tm) 5.0 Service Pack 4 (SP4) utilizes SDK 2.3 This bug has since been corrected in SDK version 2.4, and was also not present in SDK 2.1. |
