Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: This issue occurs because the RIS Groveler service tries to perform cleanup work on a transaction that is too large to process. The hotfix that is described in the "Resolution" section breaks up the single large transaction into several smaller transactions. RESOLUTION: A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. You must restart the computer after you apply this hotfix. |
