Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE : This behavior can occur if the target file is stored on a partition on which either the hierarchical storage management method or the Single Instance Store feature has been used. Workaround: Any files that have been stored by means of the hierarchical storage management method or by using the Single Instance Store feature cannot be encrypted.
