Event Information | According to Microsoft: Explanation: This error occurs when the distributor is unable to find the specified custom delivery protocol class in the specified assembly. User Action: In the configuration file, check that the correct class and assembly names have been specified for the custom delivery protocol in the <protocols> node. The class name is case sensitive and must be fully qualified with any namespace prefix. For example, if the class is called MyProtocol and is defined in the MyApplication.CustomComponents namespace, then you must give the class name as MyApplication.CustomComponents.MyProtocol. The assembly name must be given with a full path. For example, if the assembly is called myprotocol.dll and is located in the C:\bin\CustomComponents directory, then you must give the assembly name as C:\bin\CustomComponents\myprotocol.dll. You can view the classes contained in a given assembly by opening the assembly in the ildasm.exe tool, available in the Microsoft .NET Framework SDK.</protocols>. |
