| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: This issue can occur if a front-end server that is running Exchange 2000 has an SMTP Connector installed, but the information store is not running. RESOLUTION: To resolve this issue, start the information store on the server, then create a mailbox store and mount it. To work around this issue, install the SMTP Connector on the back-end server instead. |
