Event InformationAccording To Microsoft:
The log file folder specifies where log files should be saved. The server failed to find the correct location for logging information. This information may be missing or incorrect. Logging to text file can fail under the following circumstances: Low resources on the computer.There is not enough space on the disk drive.The service does not have the right permission to write to the logging directory.

Resolution:
Check the log properties to verify that the ODBC Data Source, Table name, User Name, and Password are correct in the corresponding logging service. To do this, in the console tree of ISA Server Management, select the server or array name, and then click Monitoring. In the details pane click the Logging tab, and then use the options in the task pane to view the properties where logging is enabled for this service.
