| Event Information | According to Altiris: Cause: Recovery Server is not able to access temporary rebuild folder (default C:\AeXCRTmp) as it does not exist on the Recovery Solution Server. Resolution: Create the AeXCRTmp to ensure all the snapshots and server jobs complete successfully.The TemporaryRebuildFilePath (or AeXCRTmp) folder is defined during the Recovery Solution Server installation but can be changed any time later if it is found that the disk having the AexCRTmp folder does not have enough free space.The location of the folder can be managed via the following registry setting on the Recovery Solution Server: HKLM\Software\Altiris\eXpress\Client Recovery\TemporaryRebuildFilePath. |
