| Event Information | In order to solve this issue, the following steps must be followed: 1. Stop Backup Exec and its services. 2. If edbbcli.dll is present, rename it to edbbcli.old 3. Install edbbcli.dll on the Backup Server (%Systemroot%\System32\) for instance by installing the Exchange Administrator from the Exchange Server Setup CD on the Backup Server. Another option is to install an Exchange Client as Outlook. 4. Restart the server. You will get more information from follwing links. |
