| Event Information | The event was reported in the Event Viewer application log because a list of Exchange database locations could not be retrieved from the Microsoft Exchange Server. Ensure that: 1. All locations containing Microsoft Exchange Server databases can be accessed by the user listed in the VERITAS Backup Exec Job Engine service. 2. There are no contentions (more than one application accessing the same location) for the Microsoft Exchange Server databases when the job runs. 3. All Microsoft Exchange services are running by viewing their status through Settings | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services. |
