| Event Information | The event was reported in the Event Viewer application log because the VERITAS Backup Exec Job Engine service was unable to obtain a list of Exchange database names from the Microsoft Exchange Server during a remote restore job operation. Ensure that all volumes contain enough disk space by checking the amount through the properties command in the Windows Explorer. Ensure that there is enough memory available by invoking the Windows Task Manager | Performance tab. Also, eliminate any possible contention for the Microsoft Exchange resources. For example, stop a client from trying to back up this resource while this client is attempting to restore this resource to the same disk location. Check that all Exchange services are running by viewing their status through Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services. |
