Reboot the Backup Exec system and any remote SQL systems 3. Ensure the latest operating system Service Pack and Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) versions have been installed 4. Ensure the latest Backup Exec patches and service packs have been installed 5. Ensure the latest SQL service packs and patches have been applied If the problem persists, contact Symantec Technical Services. |
