| Event Information | If this error is encountered, perform any of the following: 1. Attempt to stop and restart all of the Backup Exec (tm) services 2. Reboot the Backup Exec system and any remote systems 3. Ensure the latest operating system Service Pack and Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) versions have been installed 4. Ensure the latest Backup Exec patches and service packs have been installed. |
