| Description | An Io Request to the device did not complete or canceled within the specific timeout. This can occur if the device driver does not set a cancel routine for a given IO request packet. |
| Event Information | This problem happens mostly because of a bug in the driver program. Try to update it or to apply a patch from the vendor. This is a event from the Windows IO subsystem and not from the device itself. This may happen when the device has performed a particular operation but the operation was timed out or cancelled. The driver program doesn’t have or include the necessary actions to be taken in such situations. This will lead to a program bug. |
