According to Microsoft : CAUSE : BizTalk Server 2004 failed while deleting the NT service. This event occurs if you tried to create a host instance to create an NT service, but the creation fails. SOLUTION : Tthe Windows Service Control Manager will not allow the creation of a service if the service has been previously deleted but is still referenced by an open Microsoft Management Console window. Close all MMC Services windows. |
