According to Microsoft : CAUSE : This event occurs when you try to create a host instance to create an NT service, but the creation fails. SOLUTION : Verify that the credentials supplied are correct and the specified user name has the "log on as service" privilege enabled. Verify that the Windows Service Control Manager will not allow the creation of a service if the service has been previously deleted but is still referenced by an open Microsoft Management Console window. Close all MMC Services windows. Retry host instance creation from BizTalk Admin MMC window. |
