According to Microsoft : CAUSE : The NT service is divided into sub-services: MSMQ/t, XLANG/s, EPM, Tracking. Each of those sub-services needs to be started when the NT service starts and stopped when the NT service stopped. This message indicates that an error occurred in the starting/s SOLUTION : Check other messages in the event log for a reason for the failure and the user actions to troubleshoot the error. |
