Event InformationAccording to microsoft:
Effect:
The certificate will be synchronized but might not authenticate up to the ROOT certificate.
Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) communication will not be available for some sites until the problem is fixed.
Possible Causes and Solutions:
Certificate trust chain is corrupt:
The certificate trust chain information in the certificate is inaccurate or corrupt.
Root certificate is corrupt or missing:
The root certificate or a certificate in the trust chain is missing or corrupt.

Restart the server .
