Description | APS is unstable, shutting down. APS could not access the output directory |
Event Information | Solution: If the default output location is unavailable when the Info APS attempts to access it, the Info APS will shut down. · For Seagate Info (SI) 7.0.2.x deployments, this is by design. · For Seagate Info (SI) 7.5.2.0 deployments, this is controlled by the registry string value, ShutdownWithMissingOutputDir, which is located in the following registry subkey: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Seagate Software\Seagate Info\Options If this string value does not exist on your SI 7.5.2.0 system, you can create it manually. When set to "No", the Info APS will continue to run even when the Output directory is not found. When set to "Yes", the Info APS will perform an orderly shut down when the Output directory is not found. |
