| Event Information | According To Microsoft: CAUSE: This behavior may occur if you installed Visio 2002 on top of Microsoft Visio 2000, and some files were corrupted during the upgrade process. RESOLUTION: To resolve this behavior, follow these steps: 1. Use the Add or Remove Programs tool in Control Panel to remove Visio 2002, VENT, and the SQL Server Desktop Engine (also known as MSDE 2000). 2. Restart your computer. 3. Reinstall the programs. |
