Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when Windows Firewall Driver has been stopped. Resolution : Restart the Windows Firewall (MPSSVC) service If you manually stopped the Windows Firewall service, you can use the following procedure to restart it. To perform this procedure, you must have membership in the local Administrators group, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority. To restart the firewall service:
