| Event Information | According To Cisco: To ensure message privacy, the Voice Connector will not route messages when the intended recipient cannot be uniquely identified. The message will be returned as nondeliverable to the sender. Ensure that all Cisco Unity subscribers in the directory are configured with a unique primary extension (DTMF ID). |
