| Event Information | According to Microsoft: CAUSE: This issue may occur if you have the Trend Micro ServerProtect version 5.3 antivirus program installed on the Exchange server. If the Trend Micro antivirus program is enabled, you may not be able to write to the hard disk even though you have sufficient permissions to do so. RESOLUTION: To resolve this issue, contact Trend Micro to obtain a possible update for the antivirus program. |
