Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when the server was unable to determine if a queued message was sent by a trusted partner due to an unexpected failure in a COM+ catalog component. Resolution : Report the internal error to Microsoft If this problem persists and continues to be an issue, contact Microsoft Customer Service and Support (CSS). Verify : You can verify that your component is working properly by running the Component Services administrative tool and ensuring that the required properties for the component are set.
