| Event Information | This message from newsgroup may help you: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SYMPTOMS When you install Tivoli Remote Control Software on your computer, it may appear to "hang" on Standby or Hibernate. Also, you may encounter an error message stating that the keyboard driver prevented your computer from entering Standby or Hibernate mode. CAUSE This is caused by an incompatibility between the underlying hardware (and/or BIOS) and the KeyEx2 / MouEx2 drivers included in the Tivoli Software package. MORE INFORMATION This behavior has been reported to occur on IBM ThinkPad 600 notebooks.
