| Event Information | According to Microsoft: Different versions of cc:Mail use different versions of the Lotus Import and Export programs. Depending on the version, you may need to use either Import32.exe or Import.exe. By default, all versions of Exchange Server use Import.exe. However, you can change the version by using either of the following methods: • Rename the files from "Import32.exe" and "Export32.exe" to "Import.exe" and "Export.exe". • Modify the registry:1. Locate and click the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\Current Control Set\Service\MSExchangeCCMC\Parameters\Import 2. Change the value from import.exe to import32.exe. |
