| Event Information | In Windows Clustering, the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator resource does not come online if the other nodes in the cluster are offline. This problem occurs if you list only one node as possible owner of another separate or unrelated resource in the cluster. Datacenter Server logs 4382 error in the Event Viewer application log of the node in which the Datacenter Server resource was unable to come online CAUSE: This problem occurs if you list only one node as possible owner of another separate or unrelated resource in the cluster. RESOLUTION: To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. |
