Event InformationAccording to Microsoft :
Cause :
This event is logged when the type library specified in event class could not be loaded or is not correct for this event class.
Resolution
Report the event class error to the application developer
An error condition may have resulted from an improperly installed event class or an event class that was removed. If you made a change to the registry, revert the change.
If no changes were made to the registry, report the event message to the application developer for debugging and fixing the application. When you report the error to the application developer, include this text and the entire error message.
Verify :
You can verify that your component is working properly by running the Component Services administrative tool and ensuring that the required properties for the component are set.
Note :
To perform these procedures, you must have membership inAdministrators, or you must have been delegated the appropriate authority.
To open Component Services and verify that the component's required properties are set:
1.ClickStart, and then clickRun.
2.Typecomexp.msc, and then clickOK. If theUser Account Control dialog box appears, confirm that the action it displays is what you want, and then clickContinue.
3.To locate your application, clickComponent Services, clickComputers, clickMy Computer, and then clickCOM+ Applications.
4.Right-click the component name, and then clickProperties.
5.In the component properties dialog box, click each tab to verify that the required properties are set.
