| Event Information | The steps to correct this problem are: 1. Stop WINS. 2. Click Start, point at Settings, and then click Network and Dial-up Connections. 3. Right-click Local Area Connection, and then click Properties. 4. Check to see that the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) is being used. If not, install the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP). 5. Restart WINS. |
