Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when MS DTC has determined that the cluster service is configured but not running when MS DTC was started. Resolution : Start the Cluster service, and then start MSDTC The Cluster service must be running before you can start a clustered instance of the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator service (MSDTC). To perform these procedures, you must be a member of the local Administrators group on each clustered server, and the account you use must be a domain account, or you must have been delegated the equivalent authority. You can use the Component Services administrative tool to verify that your clustered Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MS DTC) is running properly.
