This must be granted by the person have administrative rights for the computer. User Action: Interactive logon privileges can be given on this computer using the user manager administrative tool. The user can also be advised to choose a different account when logging on. This can be configured by adding the network user account to local groups such as Power User, Administrator etc from Computer Management tool in administrative tools. |
