| Event Information | According to Microsoft : CAUSE This problem occurs because Index Server cannot index the files fast enough with the hardware resources available on the server. WORKAROUND To work around this problem, manually perform a full rescan of the directory that is listed in the error message. To do this, perform the following steps: 1. In the MMC, select Index Server. 2. In the left pane of the MMC, select the Directories folder for the server that is showing the error. 3. In the right window, select the directory that is listed in the error message. 4. Right click the folder, and then click Rescan. 5. When you are prompted, choose Full (Rescan). |
