DescriptionQuarantine Manager failed to resend the message with id = <ID>, because an error occurred in the CDO send message function. The error code is <error code>.
Event InformationWhen an invalid mail account or a disabled mailbox was used to resend quarantined mails in SMEX.
1. Install SMEX on a front-end server and enable the Outbound Active Message Filter option.
2. Open the Registry Editor (regedit.exe).
3. Go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\ScanMail for Exchange\RealTimeScan\Notification\ByMail registry key.
4. Right-click SmexAdmin and click Modify.
5. Type an invalid email account in the Value data field and click OK.
6. Use Quarantine Manager to perform a resend mail test.
