| Event Information | According to Microsoft: The import file was previously generated by exporting a catalog to an XML-based file. The products export as duplicate when they are associated with more than one category in the catalog. For example, a product that is assigned to three categories will contain three instances of the product in the generated XML file. A supported hotfix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem. Only apply it to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. You do not have to restart your computer after you apply this hotfix. However, you must stop Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) before you install this hotfix. |
