Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when Printbrm.exe (the Printer Migration Wizard or the command-line tool) could not convert Line Printer Remote (LPR) port to a standard TCP/IP printer port. Resolution : Recreate the printer port To resolve this error, use the following procedure:
To verify that you resolved the problem, send a document to the printer by using the appropriate port, and then examine the document to confirm that it printed correctly. Note : If the print server logs spooler information events, Windows logs Print Spooler Event 10 after each successful printing operation. |
