| Event Information | CAUSE:
This problem occurs when Explorer.exe responds to the policy request. It creates the SyncMgr object while in a send message. The COM+ error handling routine logs event 4097 with a resulting 8001010D - RPC_E_CANTCALLOUT_ININPUTSYNCCALL entry.
RESOLUTION: To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. |
