Event Information"According to Microsoft:
Meaning:
Application Center has detected that the server is no longer part of the cluster and has automatically removed the server.
Effect: The server is no longer in the cluster and will not receive content and configuration synchronization until it is added back to the cluster. If there are issues that caused the server to be detected as not being part of the cluster, these issues must be fixed before the server can be effectively added back to the cluster.
Possible Causes and Solutions:
Server removed locally: The server was removed locally and not through the cluster controller.
Server settings could not be cleaned up: The server was removed on the cluster controller, but some or all of its settings could not be removed. The settings will be removed by the member when it is restarted.
Configuration store (metabase) corrupt: The store that Application Center uses for configuration data is corrupted or unavailable. Restart the IIS Admin service by using the Services utility in Administrative Tools. If this problem persists, contact your support personnel.
Other Solutions (listed in order of preference):
• Restart the other computer.
• Restart the cluster controller. "
