| Event Information | According to Microsoft: Explanation: This error occurs when Notification Services is in an inconsistent state. In normal operation, only the last quantum in the NSQuantum1 table in the application database is permitted to be incomplete. This can happen if the database is modified manually. User Action: Recreate the instance and application databases, by first deleting the instance and then creating the instance again. |
