Event Information | According to Microsoft : Cause : This event is logged when the Line Printer Daemon (LPD) service received commands in an invalid format and refused the print job. Resolution : Use a different LPR client The Line Printer Remote (LPR) client is not compatible with the Windows Line Printer Daemon (LPD) service. Try printing using a different LPR client, or use a Windows printing client to print to the Windows print server. Verify : To verify that you resolved the problem, on a client computer, print a document to the shared printer that uses the Line Printer Remote (LPR) service. |
